Each window gets looked at for sun, privacy, mount depth and trim. You get an itemized quote before he leaves, with a firm install date in writing.

Made to order, installed by the same person
Your order is built to the measurements he took. On install day he mounts everything, sets motor limits and app scenes, and walks you through it.

It depends on the window, the product and the options you choose, so we do not publish a price list. What you get instead is a free in-home consultation and an itemized, per-window quote with installation included. The number in writing is the number you pay.

Mount Wilson Blinds is an authorized Hunter Douglas Installation Service. That means factory training, access to genuine Hunter Douglas parts and repair procedures, and repairs that keep your product warranty intact. Very few independent companies hold this authorization.
Yes. We repair and restore most major brands: restringing, cord and tilt mechanisms, louvers, magnet catches, staples, slats and vanes, and we can motorize many existing shades. Send a photo and we will quote before we come out.
Yes, in a local drapery workroom rather than a factory. Panels, Roman shades, valances and cornices are sewn to your window and delivered ready to hang. You are welcome to bring your own fabric.
Rechargeable battery motors that need no wiring, hardwired motors for remodels and new construction, and app, remote, wall-switch and schedule control. We confirm smart-home compatibility for your specific setup at the consultation.
Every product we sell is available cordless or motorized, and that is what we recommend for homes with children and pets. We can also retrofit many older corded treatments.
Pasadena is home base. We serve Arcadia, Temple City, Altadena and Sierra Madre and most of the San Gabriel Valley. Commercial projects further afield are welcome by quote.
